Grant Bell is a private detective called in to help the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department find some missing homeless people. Things quickly turn sinister when a body is found, tortured and murdered in the ancient Viking Blood Eagle ritual. Now Grant must find the killer before he strikes again, and to complicate matters, one of the missing homeless people is the mayor’s brother.
